Restaurant Manager at Gasoline Grill

At Gasoline Grill, we are on an ambitious journey: to serve the best burger to and for the world. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can take responsibility for their own location, lead with heart, and create great results through people, quality and hospitality.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, the crew and the performance of your Gasoline Grill location. You will be present on the floor, lead by example and set the standard for both your team and the guest experience.

We believe that everyone can learn how to make a great burger \- but we cannot teach the right attitude. That is why we are looking for someone who brings energy, ownership and a genuine desire to make others better.

Your role

Your main responsibility is to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly, that our guests are met with kindness and high quality, and that your team feels motivated, supported and clear on what great performance looks like.

Hospitality is at the heart of what we do. A great burger matters, but the experience around it matters just as much. Our guests should always feel welcome, seen and well taken care of \- even during the busiest hours.

You will work closely with your team in the daily operation, while also keeping a strong overview of the business side of the restaurant, including sales, staffing, cost control, procedures and results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with leadership, preferably from restaurants, hospitality, retail or a similar fast\-paced environment


• Leads in a human, clear and motivating way


• Works actively to make their team better every day


• Understands numbers, performance and daily operations


• Can keep calm and maintain an overview when things get busy


• Takes pride in high standards, great service and strong teamwork


• Leads by example and brings the right attitude to work
