Asian Taste Group operates CHi LE MA, an international Asian fusion brand with restaurants across Europe, Asia, and Canada. Our Geneva restaurants deliver refined dim sum, noodles, and contemporary Asian dishes with consistent hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own day\-to\-day operations to ensure smooth, high\-quality service.


• Lead and coach the FOH team; plan rosters, training, SOPs, and service standards.


• Drive guest satisfaction; resolve issues promptly and professionally.


• Oversee cash handling, POS accuracy, and basic P\&L levers (sales, labor, COGS).


• Coordinate with BOH on menu execution, inventory, and ordering.


• Compliance with Swiss hygiene and safety rules.


• Support marketing, promotions, and events with the Operations Director.

Requirements

• Proven restaurant management experience in hospitality (≈3\+ years preferred).


• Fluent English and French.


• Strong team leadership, communication, and organization.


• Competent with scheduling, inventory, cost control, and guest recovery.


• Valid Swiss work permit (or legal right to work in Switzerland).


• Licensed Restaurant Manager (Patente de cafetier\-restaurateur, Canton of Geneva)


• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
