Restaurant \& Bar Manager – Holiday Inn Salisbury\-Stonehenge

Holiday Inn is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant \& Bar Manager to lead the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a high\-performing team, and driving commercial success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing restaurant and bar operations, ensuring excellent service standards, managing budgets and stock control, developing and motivating team members, and maintaining compliance with all food safety and licensing regulations. Working closely with other hotel departments, you will help create memorable experiences that keep guests returning to Holiday Inn.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel food \& beverage management.


• Strong leadership and team development skills.


• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.


• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.


• Knowledge of food safety, licensing, and health \& safety regulations.


• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
