You’re calm under pressure, proactive and take real ownership. You look after the venue and your teammates, dealing with issues in a steady, solution\-focused way.
You’re excited about hospitality as a proper career. You “get” what makes Henry’s special: authentic low\-and\-slow BBQ, Southern spirit, international\-level cooking, and treating every guest like they matter.
You have over two years’ hospitality experience, a solid understanding of due diligence, basic kitchen operational checks, and strong allergen awareness.
What you’ll do
- Own opens and closes to the schedule with pride and consistency
- Lead and support the team so everyone delivers the Henry’s experience
- Take a lead role in events management and Christmas coordination
- Have real input into our social media content and presence
- Take ownership of guest reviews — responding thoughtfully and using feedback to keep raising the bar
- Drive drinks sales by creating a great bar experience, recommending cocktails, craft beers and American classics, and helping the team upsell naturally
- Help look after the venue day\-to\-day and handle issues calmly and proactively
- Support kitchen operational checks and maintain high standards around allergens and due diligence
- Be the positive, welcoming face that keeps guests coming back
