Home Manager - Preston
We are currently recruiting for 2 full time (40 hours per week) Home Managers for 2 new upcoming homes in Preston:
Ronaldsway – Solo Home
Alvern House – Dual Home
We will commence the Ofsted registration process for both homes after successfully recruiting a RM for both homes. Therefore, the successful applicants will only take up post when registration has been granted, however it will be an excellent opportunity to set up a new home from scratch with support from the organisation.
As the registered Manager, you will be responsible for the management and operational delivery of the Children’s Home, and to oversee the implementation of standards as required by OFSTED.
You will lead and direct others to provide person centred support to young people with complex needs in order to promote independence and personal fulfilment.
It is a requirement of the post that you are part of the first level 24hr on\-call rota for residential services.
