Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to lead our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, with a flair for food and beverage service, team management, and creating memorable guest experiences. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of service, and foster a positive environment for both staff and patrons.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction


• Lead, motivate, and manage team members including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and baristas


• Oversee food preparation, cooking, bartending, and food safety protocols to maintain quality standards


• Coordinate food production and kitchen activities to ensure timely delivery of orders


• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene practices, and compliance with health regulations across all areas


• Train staff on service techniques, safety procedures, and product knowledge to enhance performance


• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively


• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, bartending, and food safety standards


• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with staff and guests


• Experience in food production, kitchen operations, and hospitality best practices


• Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail


• Familiarity with hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required

Pay: £29,744\.00\-£30,888\.00 per year
