Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support personnel
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality, presentation, and safety standards
- Manage bar operations including bartending duties, beverage inventory, and cocktail creation to enhance guest experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food production procedures at all times
- Train staff on hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and safety protocols to promote a positive work environment
- Monitor guest feedback actively, address concerns promptly, and implement improvements to elevate customer satisfaction
- Proven supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Barista or bartending experience with proficiency in mixology and beverage service
- Familiarity with culinary practices, food production processes, and kitchen operations
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus but not required
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
