Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast\-paced recruitment team within Leeds Teaching Hospital's People Function.
Based within Trust Headquarters at St James University Hospital, the post holder will support the Recruitment Helpdesk and provide outstanding customer service to our customers, answering recruitment queries for both candidates and recruiting managers within the organisation.
The successful applicant will also help and support the development and implementation of future iterations of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) giving an opportunity to shape the future direction of the Recruitment team and its processes.

What you will bring to the role

- The post holder will be able to demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills and have basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Answer general enquiries, passing on queries to the appropriate to LTHT Resourcing, or other Trust Departments.
- To refer queries or concerns to appropriate senior staff.
- Report and respond to any system faults and errors.
- Maintain and update departmental databases, prioritising within departmental guidelines and escalating unresolved situations/issues to appropriate line manager.
- Logging prospective candidates from all sources on database and updating as necessary.
- Sending out standard letters.
- Other clerical duties commensurate with the grade as assigned by senior members of the team.
- Ensuring that requests for information are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
