The Resource Bank team based at Llanfrechfa in Cwmbran have a permanent vacancy for an experienced call handler to join a very busy team supporting the resourcing of Bank and Agency workers to fill gaps in rosters for the Health Board.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience of working in a fast paced busy call handling environment, previous call handling experience is strongly recommended due to the high level of activity within the team.
To co\-ordinate and respond to temporary staffing requests for bank and agency workers using the computerised Staffing Allocation system and prioritise shifts according to urgency.
To maintain a high level of good communication skills, listening and verbal, to ensure the provision of a courteous and helpful service.
Assist with pay queries
Assisting Bank Workers with maintain their mandatory and statutory training compliance
To deal effectively with complaints reporting to the supervisor where appropriate.
To Maintain confidentiality of information at all times
This permanent opportunity is full time working across 7 day services between the hours of 08:00\-20:00\. Agile working is in place offering some hours working from home and hours in the office at Llanfrechfa.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
