Health Care Assistant (Days)
Virgo Care Homes are looking to recruit Health Care Workers for Thomas Gabrielle EMI Care Home.
You will be supported to develop as you may wish into the care profession. You will be delivering all aspects of care to clients living in the home and supporting them to continue living their lives with meaningful activities. Being part of a team is really important as working without team work we have nothing. The focus of the home is to ensure clients feel safe and cared for by promoting choice, dignity and respect. Virgo Care Homes is continually revolving and there are opportunities to develop.
You will also be supported in completing the All Wales Induction framework. QCF training can be arranged for you if you have not already achieved this status.
Registration with Social Care Wales will be required as per guidance.
The hours for Thomas Gabrielle EMI Care Home are either 7am \- 2:30pm or 2:30pm\-8:30pm/9:30pm. We have two 28 hour contracts available.
There is always an opportunity to pick up overtime if requested.
Your shifts will be scheduled on a 4 week rota and you will be expected to work shifts across Monday \- Sunday with the expectation of working every other weekend.
