Your Responsibilities
- Support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes
- Promote safeguarding and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with young people
- Maintain accurate records and daily documentation
- Work in line with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Lead shifts and support colleagues (Team Leader \& Deputy Manager roles)
✔ Experience within Children's Residential Care
✔ NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred for leadership roles)
✔ Passion for supporting children and young people
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred
