About Us
Prime Nurture Services is a leading provider of Residential Children's Homes, dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for our Children. We support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). Along with all reputable care providers we are fully committed to improving the lives of children and young people in care by providing safe, nurturing, and therapeutic living environments. However, the overarching aim of Prime Nurture Services is to deliver nothing short of “Outstanding” care.
We are currently made up of 6 homes across the East Midlands and Essex, soon to be 7\. As we continue to grow, the progression opportunities are fantastic! The opportunity to become a Senior, Deputy or Manager is great due to the way we love to promote from within the company. This helps to keep continuity for our homes, teams and most importantly our amazing children.
About You
Do you have the experience and resilience of working in a role with children? Could you help our Children to manage their emotions in a positive way and help to find therapeutic ways to help with emotional/behavioural and learning difficulties? Can you build a trusting and nurturing bond with them, ensuring a positive relationship throughout and meeting their needs?
Requirements:
- Hold a full driving license
- Hold a DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
- Be happy to complete a Level 4 in Children, Young People and Families Practitioner within a 2 year time frame (after completion of your probationary period)
- If you have your Level 4 Diploma be prepared to embark on your Level 5 qualification
- Work a rota pattern (which can change), which reflects the needs of our Children (applicants must have full availability over 7 days per week)
- Be prepared to complete on average 6 sleep\-in shifts per month (which are paid in addition to your hourly rate
- Show resilience in some emotional situations and help our Children to become reflective and positive for their future
- Enable and support our Children so that they feel loved and part of our home’s family (belonging and safe)
- Implement policies, procedures and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of our Children
- Work as a team to provide safe practices for our Children
- Be outgoing, bubbly and be energetic. If you love being outside and burning off some energy, this role will suit your personality
- A supportive approach within the team environment through encouragement and inclusivity.

- Full Time, permanent roles
- Pay between £13\.01 \- £13\.97 per hour depending on qualifications
- Sleep Rate of £70 per sleep (this is paid in addition to your hourly rate)
- Level 4 Diploma (if you do not have one)
