Haigh Environmental are specialist installers of packaged sewage treatment systems. We aim to treat customers and employees as we would like to be treated ourselves and believe that the projects we deliver are helping improve quality of rivers and lakes around the country.
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team in a busy and fast\-paced environment. This role would suit someone who has excellent communication skills, enjoys multitasking, and can work proactively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating professionally with customers via phone and email
- Liaising effectively with internal departments
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Providing administrative support where required
- Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work proactively and use initiative
- Good level of numeracy
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Good attention to detail
- Previous customer service or administration experience preferred but not essential
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Salary based on the candidate.
Pay: £24,784\.50\-£26,436\.80 per year
