A well\-established law firm in the South East is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer into its Guildford office.

This is a broad role within a busy property team, offering exposure to a mix of residential matters with strong administrative support.

The role

You will handle a varied caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases


• Remortgages


• Transfers of equity


• New build matters

Requirements

• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload


• Open to qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or experienced non\-qualified fee earners


• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage files independently


• Good client care and communication skills
