Support Worker – Adult Services (CQC) \- Male Applicants Only

£13\.50 \- £14\.00 per hour (40 hours a week) plus sleep\-ins paid at £70\.00 per night.

The Role:

You will join a consistent team supporting adults within a structured residential setting.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills


• Promoting independence and personal choice


• Encouraging community engagement


• Following structured care plans and risk assessments


• Maintaining accurate, professional documentation


• Working collaboratively with families and external professionals

This role requires patience, emotional regulation and a respectful, person\-centred approach.

It is professional, structured and rewarding.

Pay \& Recognition:

• Up to £32,400 per annum (including sleep\-ins)


• Performance and recognition bonuses available
