Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. • Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents, ensuring confidentiality at all times.


• Drive to various locations as required for the role, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled activities.


• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in residential setting is preffered.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with children and families.


• Ability to drive is essential for transportation purposes.


• Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and reporting is advantageous.


• A genuine passion for supporting individuals in their personal growth and development.


• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the needs of those being supported.
