Working closely with the Head of Brand, Planning and Insight, you will lead research programmes that help us better understand member behaviour, engagement and retention across our UK and European clubs. You will deliver impactful research, analyse customer data, create engaging surveys and provide insights that help shape business strategy, product development and member experience.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using research platforms such as Qualtrics
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- A proactive, self\-motivated team player with a genuine interest in consumer behaviour and insight
