Salary: Up to £32,750 per annum (depending on experience)

Join a busy and growing international removals team in Purfleet as a Removals 3.5T Driver. You'll be responsible for driving, moving and handling customers' possessions safely and efficiently across the UK and Europe.

This is a hybrid role, combining on-the-road driving with warehouse-based tasks such as packing, loading and unloading. Any relevant experience in removals, logistics, or warehouse work is beneficial.

Having a full UK driving licence and physical strength is vital for this role.

What you'll do:

• Initially shadow current Drivers to secure knowledge of the role, routes and procedures


• Drive and transport customer goods across the UK and Europe, assisting with packing, loading, unloading, and wrapping customer goods before manually and physically lifting (aided and unaided) onto vehicles or into locations across UK and Europe.


• Interacting and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues in the movement of goods across UK and Europe.


• Maintain accurate paperwork and records for each move


• Carry out daily vehicle and safety checks, routine maintenance (e.g. oil and water checks) and report any defects.


• Follow Health & Safety guidelines, including Banks-person duties


• Undertake the regular training required to develop skills and confidence

• Previous experience in removals, logistics, or furniture delivery preferred


• Previous warehouse / forklift experience would also be an advantage.


• Full UK Category B driving licence for 3.5T vehicles


• Physical strength and fitness for manual handling tasks


• Customer service skills, reliability, and problem-solving ability

• Work with a professional, growing international removals team
