We are seeking an energetic and motivated Remote Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our Drainage and Plumbing services in the Sheffield area. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport will drive our sales growth. Duties
- Reach out to prospective clients via Cold calls, introducing them to our Services.
- Conduct B2B (business\-to\-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and explaining our services.
- Target Sheffield area clients
- Gather sales data and qualify leads for the Sheffield area
- Follow up with leads promptly, nurturing relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English
- Track call activity, outcomes, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches continuously.
- Proven experience (Minimum 2 years) in B2B sales, Cold Calling, or related roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Excellent use of softwares such as Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to meet and exceed 80 calls per day target
- Ability to articulate Service benefits clearly over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when managing customer data and follow\-ups.
- Self\-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Prior experience with tele\-sales or outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: £28,000\.00 per year
