Remote Remortgage Conveyancer

I am recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading conveyancing and property firms to recruit an experienced Remortgage Conveyancer to join its growing team on a fully remote basis.

Earn up to £30,000 basic salary + up to £6,000 annual bonus!

As a Remortgage Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of remortgage transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care standards. You’ll be supported by specialist teams, streamlined processes and market-leading technology designed to help you focus on delivering high-quality legal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of remortgage files from inception to completion


• Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers and third parties to progress matters efficiently


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards


• Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process


• Maintain accurate file management and case progression updates

About You

• Previous experience within remortgage or residential conveyancing


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach


• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a wider team environment


• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, technology-enabled legal setting
