OVERVIEW:
- Work closely with experienced Fee Earners on a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters
- Gain exposure to high-value regional and national development and construction projects
- Advise and support a diverse client base including developers, contractors and commercial organisations
- Collaborate with colleagues across other practice areas, including commercial property
- Benefit from a supportive and development-focused environment with opportunities to build technical expertise and get involved in business development initiatives
- Solicitor with approximately 1–3 years’ PQE and experience in non-contentious construction matters
- Strong understanding of core construction law principles with a genuine interest in developing within this area
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Collaborative, organised and capable of managing competing priorities effectively
- Motivated and ambitious lawyer looking to progress within a supportive and forward-thinking firm
