Reliability/RAMS Engineer (F/M/X)

As a reliability engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the robustness and safety of medical device products, working independently and cross\-functionally to drive reliability programs and continuous improvement.
Your missions
Implement the RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) strategy on supported products.
Develop and execute reliability testing protocols (life, ALT, HALT, HASS, Durability, etc.) to ensure new products meet all requirements.
Document all activities using Good Documentation Practices within the Quality Management System.
Collaborate with Patient Safety and Quality teams to enhance reliability programs and guarantee product safety and reliability.
Lead reliability efforts to reduce warranty claims and improve customer satisfaction, including problem identification, root cause analysis, corrective action development, and resolution verification.
Participate in product design and reliability reviews during development to ensure robust design and manufacturing processes.
Perform statistical data analysis, regression modeling, Monte Carlo simulation, Weibull analysis, hazard analysis, reliability growth assessment and prediction, target setting, warranty trend analysis, and spending forecasts for new products.
Conduct Design FMEAs on new products and recommend design changes to improve reliability.
Apply Design for Reliability and Design for Six Sigma principles.
Work with Manufacturing to evaluate and qualify new technologies and processes.
Prepare schedules and work estimates for project assignments and activities.
Provide technical feedback to enhance the ongoing quality of products and services.
Your profile
Experience in reliability testing, Design for Reliability, developing reliability requirements, improving reliability programs, and performing analyses to ensure product reliability.
Experience in software quality, software testing, and/or software development, with a focus on improving software reliability.
Academic background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.
You demonstrate strong cross\-functional collaboration and independent working skills.
