BAYADA is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager to support our Maui Visits (MAV) office in Maui, Hawaii. This role is designed for a licensed therapist who is passionate about leading clinicians, supporting outstanding client outcomes, and helping office and field teams deliver care the BAYADA Way. 
In this role, the Rehabilitation Manager leads field staff with a focus on client service, clinical excellence, quality, and adherence to policies and procedures. The position is accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development, and regulatory compliance as it relates to rehabilitation therapies.
This is an exempt office-based leadership position that partners closely with the Director and Clinical Manager to ensure cohesive, high-quality support of rehabilitation services across the office.
Salary: up to $100k plus performance-based incentives

Lead and support rehabilitation field staff in alignment with The BAYADA Way and BAYADA standards for quality, service, and compliance.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Partner closely with the Clinical Manager and Director to ensure consistent management of field staff and coordinated client care.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Oversee rehabilitation service delivery, including review of therapy documentation, support for accurate ICD coding, facilitation of client care coordination, and monitoring of key performance indicators and process measures.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Help ensure the right clinicians are matched to each client and that documentation moves efficiently from start of care through discharge.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Support timely case management, authorization management, interdisciplinary communication, and response to ADRs and denials.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Serve as an internal case manager and client advocate, collaborating with team members around client status, care plans, and expected outcomes.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Provide clinical oversight to field therapists by participating in hiring, validating competency, reviewing performance, supporting education, and supervising care through home observations and documentation review.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Partner with Visit Clinical Leadership to pilot new programs, implement process changes, and strengthen orientation, training, and ongoing competencies for therapy staff.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Represent BAYADA in community and marketing activities, including visits to physician offices and facilities, while supporting broader office and company initiatives.

<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Help support day-to-day office needs and, when necessary, step in to support field staff when staffing is unavailable.
</li>

<h2 class="wnfdntg _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What We're Looking For</h2>
<ul class="wnfdntd">
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Current license in good standing as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Hawaii.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Graduation from an accredited and approved therapist program.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Prior supervisory experience commensurate with program requirements.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
At least two years of direct therapy experience.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Strong interpersonal skills, a record of goal achievement, and a demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibility with positive results.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
Successful completion of required clinical quizzes, competency testing, skills checklist, background and exclusions checks, and continuing education requirements.
</li>
<li class="wnfdntc _1ibi0s33w">
