<p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact:</strong></p>

<p>Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.</p>

<li>
<p>Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).</p>
</li>
<li>Home Health + OASIS experience preferred</li>
