Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) – 6 month sabbatical coverLocation: Bridgwater, SomersetStart Date: October 2026Contract: Fixed\-term (6 months)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our friendly and supportive team on a 6 month fixed contract, starting in October 2026\.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse who is passionate about delivering high standards of patient and client care, and who enjoys working as part of a close\-knit team.
About the Role:You will be involved in all aspects of nursing, including:
- Inpatient care and monitoring
- Assisting with surgical procedures
- Nurse consultations
- Maintaining high clinical and hygiene standards
- Supporting the wider veterinary team
- 1 Saturday morning (0800\-1300\) every 4 weeks
- Night In\-patient care\- 1 night every 2 weeks with time off the next day in Lieu
- Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and positive approach to patient care
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy practice environment
- Full time role (40 hours/week)
