Pathfinders Specialist \& Complex Care – New Ollerton

Pathfinders Care are recruiting a Registered Staff Nurse to join our nurse\-led specialist nursing home, supporting adults with complex physical and neurological needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys complex care, clinical leadership, and working in a highly skilled MDT environment.

The Role

• Deliver high\-quality, person\-centred nursing care to residents with complex needs, including:


• Spinal injuries, ventilated patients, tracheostomy care, NIV, and neurological conditions


• Act as nurse in charge of the shift, providing clinical leadership and supervision


• Complete assessments, care plans, and risk assessments


• Lead and support admissions, discharges, and end\-of\-life care


• Safely administer medications and carry out clinical procedures (training provided)


• Work closely with GPs, therapists, hospitals, and families

Essential:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RN Adult or equivalent) with active NMC registration


• Experience in complex or high\-dependency care


• Strong clinical, leadership, and decision\-making skills


• Passionate, patient\-focused, and a strong team player

• Experience with ventilation, tracheostomy care, NIV, spinal injuries, or palliative care


• Mentorship or supervision experience

• Supportive, nurse\-led service
