Duties
- Assess patient conditions through thorough examinations and observations to inform care plans
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Administer medications and treatments accurately following established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post\-discharge care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding junior staff, supervising nursing assistants, and fostering a supportive team environment
- Proven experience as a registered nurse in a clinical or hospital setting with a strong foundation in nursing practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in creating detailed care plans and documenting patient information accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in patient care
Pay: From £21\.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45\.0 per week
