With us, you’ll grow, find your flow , and make a lasting difference in your career, your team, and your impact.

Your Career

As Head of Product, you will be the product leader for your domain, owning its vision, strategy, and commercial performance. You will translate the Product Director’s broader strategy into a clear direction for your area, making the prioritisation decisions that balance immediate commercial delivery with long\-term platform ambition. This is a leadership role for someone who can connect customer needs, market insight, product thinking, and business outcomes \- and who is confident making difficult choices about where the organisation should invest.

Your Team

You will lead and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring they work at the right level and are accountable for outcomes rather than simply delivering features. You will provide effective line management through regular one\-to\-ones, clear objectives, performance management, and active development planning. You will also support the Lead Product Owner and Product Owner team in delivering to a high standard, surfacing and resolving blockers below Director level.

You will own the operating rhythm of the product team, including PI planning, weekly syncs, and retrospectives. You will ensure the team is working from strong evidence, running meaningful discovery, developing high\-quality propositions, and maintaining a clear connection between customer problems, product decisions, and measurable results.

Your Impact

You will define and own the domain roadmap, setting outcome\-based goals and ensuring the team measures what matters. You will identify and validate the most valuable market and customer opportunities by bringing together customer insight, market data, and commercial context. You will represent your domain in executive and cross\-functional forums, communicating strategy, progress, trade\-offs, and investment needs with clarity and authority.

You will also manage the custom development capacity cap and oversee the handoff to Product Marketing at release, ensuring neither compromises roadmap delivery or launch quality. Ultimately, you will be accountable for how your product area performs in market: the value it creates for customers, the commercial outcomes it delivers, and the strength of the product organisation you build around it.
