Registered Nurse / Independent Prescriber – IV Therapy

New clinic is looking for a confident and experienced Registered Nurse, ideally also an Independent Prescriber, to join our growing private clinic team and support the future development of our IV therapy service.

This is a great opportunity for a clinician who is comfortable with patient assessment, cannulation, IV administration and monitoring, and who wants to work in a professional clinic environment where safety, structure and good clinical standards matter.

The role

You will be involved in:

• patient assessment and suitability checks


• reviewing medical history, allergies and contraindications


• prescribing where appropriate, if qualified


• safe IV administration and monitoring


• responding appropriately to any adverse reactions or escalation concerns


• accurate clinical documentation and record keeping


• supporting a safe, compliant and well\-organised IV service

What we are looking for

Essential

• Current NMC registration


• Strong experience in IV therapy, cannulation and infusion administration


• Confident patient assessment and monitoring skills


• Professional, calm and safety\-focused approach


• Up\-to\-date mandatory training including BLS

Desirable

• Independent Prescriber qualification


• Experience in private clinic, outpatient, wellness or aesthetics settings


• Knowledge of clinical governance, documentation and safe service delivery
