Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team on a full\-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high\-quality patient care, supporting medical staff, and ensuring the well\-being of our patients. Duties
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and support throughout treatment.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
- Assist with medical procedures and support the medical team during examinations and treatments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post\-discharge care instructions.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in electronic medication administration, including understanding dosages and potential side effects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise with patients.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining independence when required.
- Digital Technology competency (Training and mentoring available)
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards. This role is ideal for qualified nurses passionate about delivering exceptional patient\-centred care in a supportive environment. Candidates should hold valid registration with the Nursing \& Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant regulatory body, along with current practising credentials.
