Duties

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans


• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post\-discharge care instructions

Requirements

• Valid registered nurse license in the relevant jurisdiction with current registration status


• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology


• Proven experience in patient care settings, demonstrating compassion and attention to detail


• Ability to administer medications safely while adhering to safety protocols


• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams


• Ability to work flexible hours including shifts that may include evenings or weekends if needed
