Associate Dentist – NHS to Private Transition | Maltby & Retford

P.B Robinson Maltby \& Retford under new ownership of specialist (One80 Dental) and private practice providers Casa Dental.

This is an NHS to private transition opportunity with scope for growth. Read on to find out more, this isn't just another NHS dentist vacancy.

We've just taken on six practices across the Doncaster area under new ownership and we're doing things properly. We offer good equipment, loyal and experienced support teams, and a real plan to grow private options with supported marketing campaigns alongside a solid NHS base.

We are looking for 1 day per week at each site to start, with a view to more days:

• Maltby, 66 High Street, Maltby S66 7BN: approximately 1,100 UDAs available, plus NHS emergencies and new private patients


• Retford, 49 Churchgate, Retford DN22 6PA: NHS emergencies and private patients only, with no UDAs


• Commutable from Sheffield, Rotherham, Lincoln, Doncaster, Nottingham and surrounds

We'll pay you a 50% private income split at both sites whilst you build your list. Over time, you'll have a private patient base that rewards you properly long\-term.

• Stay local, grow with us. Six sites mean future flexibility to work across multiple practices. We'll work around you whenever we can.

You'll need:

• GDC registration \+ NHS performer number


• Indemnity cover


• A good attitude and someone who takes pride in their work


• An interest in growing private and developing your cosmetic skills, with the support to do it


• Sponsorship available.
