The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our professional care team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent clinical care while promoting dignity and independence for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with best practice


• Administer medication safely and effectively


• Develop and implement personalised care plans


• Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing


• Work closely with care staff, GPs, and external professionals


• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records


• Provide leadership and support to care assistants

• Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)


• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A compassionate and patient\-focused approach


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team


• Previous care home experience (desirable but not essential)
