The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our professional care team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent clinical care while promoting dignity and independence for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with best practice
- Administer medication safely and effectively
- Develop and implement personalised care plans
- Monitor and assess residents’ health and wellbeing
- Work closely with care staff, GPs, and external professionals
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records
- Provide leadership and support to care assistants
- Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient\-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous care home experience (desirable but not essential)
