Registered Nurse Day/Nights

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care skills and possess a solid understanding of anatomy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high\-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well\-being while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice.

Duties

• Assess and monitor patient health by performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories.


• Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.


• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.


• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).


• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical settings.


• Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.


• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on best practices in nursing care.
