About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. Day and night shifts are available, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a friendly, supportive team. You will play a key role in leading the care team, promoting best practice, and ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide person\-centred nursing care and support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

· Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining detailed and compliant records.

· Lead, supervise, and mentor care staff to ensure exceptional standards.

· Liaise professionally with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

· Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.

· Participate in care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.

About You

· Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN.

· Previous experience in elderly or dementia care is desirable.

· Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.

· Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person\-centred care.
