Job Title: Care Assistant (Nights)
Location: Bankhouse Care Home
Hours: 39 hours per week (12\-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: £13\.45 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, ensuring they maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high\-quality personal care and support with daily activities
- Assist with mobility, meals and activities
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
- Previous care experience (not essential – full training provided)
- A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility to work 12\-hour shifts overnight
- Competitive pay rate of £13\.45 per hour
