Experience
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting, demonstrating strong nursing skills and patient care expertise.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate team members effectively.

  • Skilled in creating detailed care plans that address individual patient needs comprehensively.

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and documentation requirements is essential.
