Rate of pay: 12\.76 per hour
Contracted hours: 33 (3 shifts) per week available
Shift Times: Days: 8am\-8pm

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high\-quality, person\-centred care.
What You'll Do
Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Encourage independence and participation in activities.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
Promote dignity, independence and choice.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
About You
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
Flexible to work 12\-hour shifts, including weekends.
Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
