We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered General Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities of the Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered General Nurse (Nights)
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
- Monitor residents’ conditions closely, recognising any changes in health status and responding appropriately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care activities and observations.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during treatment processes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, health and safety regulations, and professional standards
- Registered Nurse with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in patient care within mental health or general nursing environments is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medication administration procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
