Summary for the Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered General Nurse (Nights)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered General Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high\-quality patient care within a supportive environment, ensuring the well\-being and safety of individuals across a variety of clinical settings. Responsibilities of the Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered General Nurse (Nights)

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

  • Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.

  • Monitor residents’ conditions closely, recognising any changes in health status and responding appropriately.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care activities and observations.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans.

  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during treatment processes.

  • Ensure compliance with infection control policies, health and safety regulations, and professional standards
Qualifications of the Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Registered General Nurse (Nights)
  • Registered Nurse with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

  • Proven experience in patient care within mental health or general nursing environments is desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medication administration procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: £23\.25 per hour
