Registered Manager (Ofsted) / Care Sector Business Development Manager. Flexible/Commission-based

HAHHC is a new and growing care business seeking an experienced care professional to help develop our services and secure new clients and contracts. This role would suit someone who understands how care services operate and enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning them into new business.
Previous professional experience within the care sector is essential. Experience in Ofsted\-regulated supported accommodation, children's social care or a similar regulated care setting would be particularly relevant.
You will work closely with the company director to grow HAHHC’s client base and contribute to the direction of the business.
Key responsibilities
\* Identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the care sector.
\* Research suitable care contracts and commissioning opportunities.
\* Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, commissioners and other relevant organisations.
\* Assist with bids, tenders and proposals.
\* Use your care\-sector knowledge and professional network to help secure new business.
\* Work with the director on plans to expand the company’s services.
About you
Previous professional experience within the care sector is essential. Experience in Ofsted\-regulated supported accommodation, children's social care or a similar regulated care setting would be particularly relevant.
You will have relevant experience in adult social care, children’s care, supported accommodation or a related setting.
You should understand care\-sector operations and regulatory requirements, have strong communication skills, and be confident working independently.
Experience with commissioning, tenders, bids or securing care contracts is important.
Registered Manager experience or qualifications are desirable, but not essential if you have strong relevant care\-sector experience and business development skills.
Relevant training and qualifications may be supported as the business develops.
