Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) – Nobel Nest Care

Job Type: Full\-time (to commence upon CQC registration)
Salary: Competitive / Negotiable

About Us

Nobel Nest Care is a newly established domiciliary care company dedicated to providing high\-quality, compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently in the setup phase and preparing for CQC registration. Our mission is to build a trusted, community\-focused care service where kindness, respect, and professionalism come first.

About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Manager to join us as we prepare for our CQC registration and to take a leading role once registration is complete.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a new company and help shape its foundation.

You will be responsible for helping us complete our CQC application, ensuring we meet all required standards, and later managing the day\-to\-day operations of our care service once approved.

We welcome applicants who are:

  • Already registered with the CQC and open to moving to a new provider,or

  • Have the right experience and qualifications to become a new Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in completing and submitting the company’s CQC registration application.

  • Help develop and implement policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of care staff.

  • Ensure the service meets CQC standards once operational.

  • Provide leadership and management once the business is active.
Requirements
  • Experience in domiciliary care, supported living, or a related care environment.

  • Understanding of CQC compliance and registration processes.

  • A genuine passion for delivering quality care and supporting a new business to grow.

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health \& Social Care.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
Additional Information

Before Nobel Nest Care officially launches, we will be completing our CQC registration with the support of experienced external consultants. During this period, the successful applicant will be invited to take part in training and preparation sessions to understand the CQC registration process and the key responsibilities of the Registered Manager role.

This stage is designed as a valuable learning opportunity, allowing you to gain hands\-on insight and guidance before the business begins operating. You won’t be expected to carry out regular duties during this stage, just to participate in meetings, review materials, and prepare for the upcoming CQC interview.

Once our CQC registration is approved and we receive the green light to provide services, your paid employment will begin immediately, and you will take on your full duties as the Registered Manager.

We believe this approach ensures you are fully supported, well\-prepared, and confident to lead from day one when Nobel Nest Care officially opens its doors.

How to Apply

If you’re passionate about care, ready to take on a new challenge, and excited to grow with a developing organisation, we’d love to hear from you!
