Registered Manager - Children’s Residential Home
<p class="x_MsoNormal">Liquid Personnel are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children’s home in London, supporting young people aged 11–17 with complex needs and challenging behaviours. <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the home. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, child-centred care that meets regulatory standards and promotes positive outcomes for every young person.</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading and managing a team to deliver outstanding care and support</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards</li>
<li>Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs</li>
<li>Building strong relationships with external agencies, families, and professionals</li>
<li>Driving continuous improvement and maintaining a culture of excellence</li>
</ul>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>

<li>Base salary of £53,000, with potential to earn up to £60,800 through bonuses</li>
<li>Ofsted performance bonuses: £3,000 for Outstanding, £1,500 for Good</li>
<li>Full occupancy bonus: £400 per month</li>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a management role within a children’s residential setting</li>
<li>NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)</li>
<li>NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of safeguarding, the Children’s Act 1989, and Care Standards Act 2000</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills</li>
<li>A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends as required</li>
