Up to £54,100 per year *(dependent on qualifications and experience)*

What We're Looking For

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership \& Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)


• At least 3 years' senior experience in residential childcare


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Experience supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours


• Good knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations


• Full UK manual driving licence


• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required

The Role

As a Registered Manager, you will lead the day\-to\-day running of your home and the team supporting the young people who live there.

You will:

• Lead, motivate and develop your team


• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and recording


• Oversee care plans, risk assessments and PBS plans


• Work closely with our Therapy and Well\-Being Teams


• Build positive relationships with young people, families and professionals


• Ensure the home meets Ofsted and regulatory requirements


• Support young people to make progress towards independence


• Drive continuous improvement across the home
