<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a </span><span data-contrast="auto">Registered Manager </span><span data-contrast="auto">Social Worker to join its client’s Children &amp; Young People </span><span data-contrast="auto">team, based in </span><span data-contrast="auto">West London.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <br></span></p>
<p>Our Client have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed residential children’s home in West London. You will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality, therapeutic and child-centred care for children and young people with complex needs and experiences of trauma.</p>
<p>You will provide strong, visible leadership to the staff team, ensuring full compliance with the Children Act 1989 and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, while creating a safe, nurturing and homely environment where children can flourish.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the daily operations of the 4-bed residential home</li>
<li>Lead, motivate and develop the staff team</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards</li>
<li>Safeguard and promote the welfare and rights of children and young people</li>
<li>Oversee care planning, risk management and therapeutic practice</li>
<li>Liaise with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies</li>
<li>Lead recruitment, supervision and staff development</li>
<li>Work in partnership with external agencies and commissioning authorities</li>
<li>Manage budgets, rotas and resources effectively</li>
<li>Participate in the on-call rota and provide operational cover when required</li>
</ul>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">To be successful in this role you must have;</span> </p>

<li>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or willingness to work towards)</li>
<li>Significant senior-level experience within a children’s residential setting (Deputy or Registered Manager level)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015</li>
<li>Proven leadership and staff management experience</li>
<li>Excellent communication and report-writing skills</li>
<li>Sound safeguarding knowledge</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence </li>
</ul>
