Job Summary

Founded in 2015 by CEO Sam Cinkir, Este Medical Group originated in Birmingham with a vision to deliver safe, transformative, and medical\-grade aesthetics, clinical dermatology, and hair restoration.

We are seeking two passionate and highly skilled Registered Nurses (NMC PIN) to join our dynamic clinical dermatology and injectables team at our flagship Edgbaston clinic. Operating within a fully compliant, Care Quality Commission (CQC)\-regulated private medical setting, you will deliver advanced nurse\-led aesthetic treatments, energy\-based skin therapies, and regenerative procedures. Your clinical expertise in patient assessment, facial anatomy, and aseptic medication delivery—underpinned by robust CQC governance and the NMC Code—will ensure the highest standards of safety while delivering visible, confidence\-restoring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic Consultations: Conduct in\-depth 3D digital skin and scalp analyses to formulate individualized, multi\-modality treatment plans.

  • Advanced Injectables \& Biostimulators: Administer anti\-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, Polynucleotides, and Profhilo bioremodelling protocols with precision.

  • Dermatology \& Energy\-Based Devices: Perform advanced treatments including Morpheus8 / Scarlet RF microneedling, PicoWay laser toning, Nordlys vascular/pigmentation therapy, and Exciplex phototherapy.

  • Regenerative Medicine: Conduct venepuncture, centrifugation, and micro\-injection for autologous PRF/PRP hair restoration and skin rejuvenation.

  • Medical Chemical Peels: Deliver targeted resurfacing protocols, including Cosmelan, Dermamelan, and active acne peel treatments.

  • Clinical Governance \& Safety: Maintain rigorous compliance with the NMC Code, Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, aseptic non\-touch technique (ANTT), cold\-chain POM storage, and adverse event readiness.

  • Patient Records \& Continuous Care: Maintain contemporaneous digital medical charts, photographic consent logs, and comprehensive post\-treatment follow\-up care.
Qualifications \& Person Specification
  • NMC Registration: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN / RGN) PIN with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (UK) is essential.

  • Clinical Foundation: Minimum of 1–2\+ years of acute nursing experience (NHS or private healthcare background welcomed).

  • Procedural Competence: Proven confidence in venepuncture / phlebotomy and aseptic injection delivery.

  • Dermatology Knowledge: Solid understanding of human facial anatomy, skin barrier biology, and aesthetic indications.

  • Communication \& Empathy: Outstanding patient care skills with the ability to build rapport and manage clinical expectations effectively.

  • Prescribing (Desirable): V300 Independent Prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake funded prescribing training.
