Develop a Team\[CP1] . Drive Growth. Make Your Mark.

*The Coach Travel Group* is one of the UK's fastest growing coach and transport groups, bringing together respected local operators into a growing national network built on collaboration, trust and growth.

We're investing in our commercial \[CP2] We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager across the London \& Southeast region to work with us on our next chapter

This isn't a role where you inherit a finished product.

It's an opportunity to build.

To develop people.

To create momentum.

To influence performance.

And to play a leading role in unlocking the significant commercial potential that exists across the region.

Based from our Reading office, you'll lead a regional sales function covering multiple operating businesses throughout London \& the Southeast.

Why This Role Exists

We have strong businesses, recognised local brands and loyal customers. We also believe there is significantly more opportunity to be captured across the region.

We're looking for someone who can help us turn that opportunity into results. Someone who enjoys developing people, creating energy, building accountability and driving commercial growth.

This is a role for a leader who wants to influence the future, not simply maintain the present.

The Opportunity

You'll lead a small team and be responsible for helping shape the culture, capability and performance of the regional sales function.

Alongside developing the team, you'll maintain your own commercial focus by building customer relationships, identifying opportunities and supporting regional growth.

You'll work closely with colleagues across operations, commercial, marketing and leadership teams to help create a coordinated approach to winning and growing business.

This is a highly visible role with genuine influence and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

What Success Looks Like

*Twelve months from now...*

· The team has a clear sense of purpose, direction and accountability.

· Activity levels have increased and are translating into stronger commercial outcomes.

· Pipelines are visible, accurate and actively managed.

· Conversion rates have improved, resulting in more opportunities becoming customers.

· Sales targets are being achieved and exceeded through a combination of individual and team performance.

· New business opportunities are flowing consistently across the region.

· Strong relationships have been developed with customers, prospects and key stakeholders.

· The region is delivering measurable commercial growth.

Most importantly, you'll have helped create a high performing sales culture where people know what good looks like, take ownership of results and enjoy being part of a successful team.

Who We Think Will Thrive Here

You'll probably recognise elements of your own background in this role.

Perhaps you've worked in a fast paced, service led environment where sales, customer delivery and commercial performance go hand in hand.

You may have experience leading teams within transport, logistics, distribution, facilities management, environmental services, contract services, fleet services or other operationally focused businesses.

You may currently be a:

· Regional Sales Manager

· Sales Manager

· Area Sales Manager

· Commercial Manager

· Business Development Manager

· Head of Sales

· Business Development Team Leader

Most importantly, you'll understand how to create momentum, develop people and turn activity into results.

This Role Might Suit You If...

· You enjoy building something rather than maintaining it.

· You get genuine satisfaction from helping people improve and succeed.

· You believe activity, consistency and follow through matter.

· You're commercially minded and comfortable making decisions.

· You enjoy being visible, involved and leading from the front.

· You take pride in creating opportunities and delivering results.

· You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others raise their game.

· You understand that growth comes from execution, not intention.

This Role Might Not Be For You If...

· You prefer managing established customer relationships rather than creating new opportunities.

· You enjoy analysing performance more than influencing it.

· You're looking for a highly structured environment where every process is already defined.

· You're most comfortable working behind the scenes rather than leading from the front.

· You're looking for a role that focuses purely on management rather than leadership and commercial growth.
