Regional Sales Manager - Heart Failure (North UK)

We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial team, support the growth, adoption, and clinical excellence of our Heart Failure portfolio dedicated to CardioMEMs making it the standard of care. As a result of significant expansion this is a brand\-new opportunity.
Region of responsibility: North UK (from Birmingham up to Scotland)
Ideal candidate locations: Sheffield / Leeds / Manchester
What you’ll do
Generate new CardioMEMS business and grow existing accounts within the assigned region (North/South).
Own regional performance, operating autonomously in alignment with the Country Manager UKI.
Market \& Growth Strategy
- Identify market opportunities and drive regional growth plans aligned to revenue targets.
- Set clear sales objectives and translate them into actionable plans with Territory Managers.
- Lead account planning and market access initiatives to expand adoption.
- Drive execution of account strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Support key customer engagements and value\-based selling alongside Territory Managers.
- Lead regional sales reviews and provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership.
- Build and develop a high\-performing sales team through coaching and performance management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross\-functionally to support market access and product adoption.
- Ensure all activities meet ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Act as a role model for compliance, promptly addressing any issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven middle management experience within the medical devices industry.
- Strong results orientation with excellent decision\-making, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, think strategically, and work proactively with high self\-motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable leadership style, able to engage diverse teams.
- High standards of integrity with a strong commitment to ethical and legal compliance.
