About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple services within our North Region.

You'll be responsible for driving service performance, supporting managers, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest quality of care across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
------------------------

• Lead and support Home Managers across the region.


• Drive occupancy, quality and operational performance.


• Monitor service KPIs and implement improvement plans.


• Support recruitment and workforce planning.


• Manage budgets and resources effectively.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


• Champion continuous improvement across all services.

You'll be a proven operational leader with experience managing multiple care services and developing high\-performing teams.

Essential

• Previous operational management experience within the care sector.


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Experience managing multiple locations.


• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable

• Level 5 Leadership qualification (or equivalent).


• Experience overseeing care home or supported living services.


• Track record of driving service improvement.
