We’re looking for a talented Mid\-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing creative

team and help bring the Dermalux brand to life across every touchpoint.

The Role

As Mid\-Level Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the Creative Lead and wider

Marketing team to deliver high\-quality creative across digital, print, campaigns, product

launches and brand communications.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently take a brief from concept through to

final delivery. You’ll need a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail and the

ability to work independently while contributing ideas and creative thinking to the wider

team.

This is a hands\-on role with plenty of variety. One day you could be developing creative

for a new product launch, the next producing social content, email campaigns, website

assets, packaging or materials for an international exhibition.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of creative briefs from initial concept through to final artwork and delivery

Design high\-quality assets across digital and print, including social media, paid advertising,

email, web, brochures, presentations, POS and exhibition materials

Develop campaign concepts and translate them consistently across multiple channels and

formats

Support product launches with creative assets across both professional and consumer

audiences

Work within and help evolve the Dermalux visual identity, ensuring consistency across all

brand touchpoints

Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to develop ideas and solve creative

challenges

Create and adapt assets for different markets, audiences and platforms

Prepare artwork accurately for print and liaise with printers and external suppliers where

required

Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of

work

Retouch and manipulate imagery to a professional standard

Contribute ideas to shoots, campaigns, content creation and wider brand development

Maintain organised working files, templates and creative assets

Skills \& Experience

Around 3\+ years' professional graphic design experience, either in\-house or agency\-side

A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, composition and brand

application

Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator

and InDesign

Strong understanding of designing for both digital and print

Experience taking projects from initial brief through to finished artwork

Confident working within established brand guidelines while knowing when to creatively

push them

Strong image editing, retouching and compositing skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines

Comfortable receiving creative direction and feedback while also working independently

Good communication skills and the confidence to explain creative thinking and design

decisions

Desirable

Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

Beauty, skincare, aesthetics, medical devices or premium consumer brands

Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects

Video editing using Premiere Pro

Figma and digital/web design

Packaging design

Paid social and performance marketing creative

Art direction or assisting with photography and video shoots

Using AI tools as part of the creative process

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has moved beyond the junior stage of their career and

is comfortable taking responsibility for their own projects.

You’ll be creatively curious, proactive and confident bringing ideas to the table rather

than simply waiting for direction. You should be equally comfortable developing a

concept from scratch as you are rolling out an established campaign across multiple

formats.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a strong design eye who cares about

the details and wants to produce work that feels considered, premium and consistent.
