REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: South\-East Region, UK. Basic salary of £50k, plus commission.

As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Regional Business Development Manager to help further expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play an important role within our external sales team, helping to drive revenue growth by developing and delivering effective sales strategies across your assigned region. This is a fast\-paced and rewarding role where you will take a proactive approach to creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
You will be responsible for arranging meetings with prospective clients, generating new business leads, and working closely with the internal Account Manager to maximise sales performance and meet objectives.
You will spend 2–4 days each week meeting customers face\-to\-face, building strong relationships, gaining a clear understanding of their requirements, and identifying opportunities to expand business growth.
